Corporate Tournaments

 

• These tournaments are available on Mondays and require a member to sponsor the event. All corporate tournaments will be played on The Meadows.
• Corporate Monday Packages are for shotgun starts. Shotgun starts are subject to field size.
• Corporate Tee Times are for tee time start.

18-Hole Corporate Monday Package

• $335+/player; Max. of 144 players
• Minimum booking of 100 players is required.
• F&B charges subject to 17% Service Charge. All charges subject to 5% GST)

Per player fee includes:

• Green Fee

• 1 Bottled water per person
• Post-play meal (3-course plated or buffet)

Corporate Clinics & Add-On Tournament Packages

Create a unique experience for your group of clients and/or colleagues at The Glencoe Golf & Country Club. With our highly trained PGA of Canada Golf Professionals, we offer world class instruction, challenges and competitions that will engage and promote a team building experience.
 

Gold Experience

• Cost: $495+GST/guest
• 3:1 Student/Instructor ratio
• Group size: 3 – 15 guests

Includes:

• 1.5 hours of instruction at our Academy
  (instruction will be focused on your choice of pitching, chipping, putting, sand play and full swing);
• Use of Trackman and other technology is available;
• 9-Hole playing lesson with a Glencoe Professional;
• Green fee and power cart;
• $70 food and beverage guest credit (custom food and beverage options are available).

Silver Experience

• $Cost: $125+GST/guest
• 6:1 Student/Instructor ratio
• Group size: 6 – 24 guests

Includes:
 

• 2 hours of instruction (including fun games and competitions, students may be taught putting, chipping, pitching and full swing fundamentals);
• Trackman launch monitor and video analysis;
• Options of Long Drive contest or other fun games;
• $55 food and beverage guest credit (custom food and beverage options are available).

 

Bronze Experience

• Cost: $80+GST/guest/hour
• 3:1 Student/Instructor ratio
• Group size: 2 – 3 guests

Instruction time often focuses on full swing with the use of Trackman launch monitor and video, short game and putting, in our exceptional short game area. Your time with us can even include time on the golf course with your coach.

Value Added Additions

Walk-Up Clinics & "Walk The Line"

• $250+/per hour per instructor

As your guests are getting ready to play, our world-class coaches can offer clinics on how to handle some of the key shots your golfers will face at the Glencoe. We can also arrange to have one or more of our Academy Team “walk the line” and spend time with any golfers who want a quick tip or two before they play. Imagine one of your guests, who has always battled a slice, attends your event, has a great day and also finally learns how to fix that slice!

Beat The Pro & Designated Driver

• Cost: $150+GST/hour per professional with a ceiling of $600

A very popular add-on to many of our events is the positioning of one or more of our professionals on the golf course so they can spend time with each group as they play their hole. Give your guests the chance to either “Beat the Pro” by hitting it closer to the hole on a par-3 or to use the pro’s tee shot in the competition of the day. The impact on a golfer’s day from outperforming a pro or getting to watch someone hit a 370-yard drive from up-close is immense!

Trackman Experience

• Cost: $10+GST/guest with a minimum of 16 golfers

Trackman is the launch monitor you see on all of the PGA Tour events, measuring clubhead speed, shot distance and a myriad of other swing and ball metrics. Why not let your golfers feel what it’s like to see their swing and Trackman numbers? Better yet, we send them their swing video and launch numbers to their inbox, branded with your company/charity logo and contact information so every time they view it or show it to their friends, you get a little more exposure!

One of our Golf Professionals will setup on a hole of your choice and give your clients a golf experience they won’t forget. Each participant will receive:

• Emailed video of their golf swing
• Emailed club data (distance, accuracy, ball speed etc)
• Great visual and added value to your event with your logo prominently displayed.
