Corporate Tournaments

 

• These tournaments are available on Mondays and require a member to sponsor the event. All corporate tournaments will be played on The Meadows.
• Corporate Monday Packages are for shotgun starts. Shotgun starts are subject to field size.
• Corporate Tee Times are for tee time start.

18-Hole Corporate Monday Package

• $295+/player
• Max of 144 players for 18-holes
• Food & Beverage charges subject to 17% Service Charge. All charges subject to 5% GST.

Per player fee includes:
 

• $160 Green Fee
• $25 Power Cart (with bottled water)
• $85 Food & Beverage (for post-play meal or custom package)
• $25 Golf Shop (for prizes, merchandise, gift cards)
• Online tournament scoring, on-course setup, and banquet room rental

9-Hole Corporate Monday Package

• $235+/player
• Maximum of 72 players for 9-holes
• Food & Beverage charges subject to 17% Service Charge. All charges subject to 5% GST.

Per player fee includes:
 

• $100 Green Fee
• $25 Power Cart (with bottled water)
• $85 Food & Beverage (for post-play meal or custom package)
• $25 Golf Shop (for prizes, merchandise, gift cards)
• Online tournament scoring, on-course setup, and banquet room rental

Corporate Tee Times

• If shotgun starts are unavailable or inapplicable (due to small field size), a tee time style tournament may be booked.
• Minimum of 32 players, max of 144 players for 18-holes
• 18-Hole per player fee: $210+
• 9-Hole per player fee: $150+
• All charges subject to 5% GST

Per player fee includes:
 

• Green Fee ($160 for 18-hole; $100 for 9-hole)

Corporate Clinics & Add-On Tournament Packages

Create a unique experience for your group of clients and/or colleagues at The Glencoe Golf & Country Club. With our highly trained PGA of Canada Golf Professionals, we offer world class instruction, challenges and competitions that will engage and promote a team building experience.
 

Silver Package

• $199+/guest
• 6 – 24 guests
• 6:1 Student/Instructor ratio

Includes:
 

• Two hours of instruction that will take you through different stations which includes fun games and competitions. Students will be taught pitching, chipping and putting fundamentals.
• $55 food and beverage guest credit included in package. (Please note a 17% service charge will be applied to the food and beverage charges only.)
• Trackman, GC Quad launch monitor and video analysis included in the session. Options of Long Drive contest or other fun games can be included with the group.
• Come into the Clubhouse or stay on the practice facility after your clinic and enjoy the food and beverage that we’ve included in your package. Custom food and beverage options can be created for your group.

Gold Package

• $423+/guest
• 3 – 15 guests
• 3:1 Student/Instructor ratio

Includes:
 

• One and a half hours of instruction that will take you through three different stations which includes fun games and competitions. Students will be taught your choice of pitching, chipping, putting, sand play and full swing. Use of Trackman technology is available.
• $70 food and beverage guest credit included in package. (Please note a 17% service charge will be applied to the food and beverage charges only.)
• 9 Hole playing lesson with a Glencoe Professional where you will learn course management, how to hit trouble shots and tips on hitting from tight or uneven lies. Green Fee and power cart are included in package.
• Come into the Clubhouse after your clinic and enjoy the food and beverage that is included in your package. Custom food and beverage options can be created for your group.

Custom Corporate Retreats

Value Added Additions

Walk The Line

• $235+/per hour per instructor

These are great for companies or members who have guests that would like a few pointers prior to their round. Our highly skilled PGA of Canada Golf Professionals will be at the Practice Facility offering swing and game advice to enhance the on-course experience to follow. With one of the best practice facilities in Canada, our Professional Team is able to teach all aspects of the game.

Use The Pro Shot Or ‘Beat The Pro’

• $545+/per professional for the duration of an 18-hole tournament
• $355+/per professional for the duration of a 9-hole tournament

Have one of our Professional Team hit shots on a Par 3 hole during your tournament. Players will use the Professionals shot for that hole or ‘Beat the Pro.’

Aimpoint Green Reading Clinic

• $210+/guest
• 4 – 24 guests
• 8:1 Student/Instructor ratio

Learn the new AimPoint Express green reading method to quickly and easily predict the break of any putt. This tour proven system is used by many of the top professional golfers in the world. It works well for all levels of golfers.

After this clinic you’ll be able to:
 

• Determine how to identify slope accurately
• Determine how slope direction and grade affect the break of a putt
• Know how your position on the slope influences the break and speed of a putt
• Know how to identify your position on the slope
• Know how to determine the precise break amounts based on your position on the slope

Trackman Experience

• For tournaments/events of 80 people or more just $28+/person

Have our Professional Team setup on a hole of your choice and give your clients a golf experience they won’t forget.

Each participant will receive:
 

• Emailed video of each individual’s golf swing
• Emailed Club Data (distance, accuracy, ball speed, etc)
• Great visual and added value to your event
