The Teaching Centre is a hub of activity. One of the best in North America with our accomplished team of PGA of Canada Golf Professionals, the Teaching Centre provides a high caliber of golf instruction and enjoyable programs to members of all ages and abilities. All aspects of golf including the long, short, and mental game are covered through our various programs. Target areas make it possible to work on full swing sessions. Members may sign up for lessons online for one on one or group lessons with a golf professional.

Practice makes perfect! Whether you are coming off a lesson or need to work on your short game to win that last hole, our world class Practice Facility is a great way to warm up or develop new skills. You may practice all aspects of your game including full swing, chipping, pitching, bunker play and putting. Members are able to access the Practice Facility on a drop-in basis.

Our various lessons and programs are designed to increase the potential of all golfers, from the beginner to the advanced player. We want golfers of all ages to have confidence and enjoyment in their golf game. Our expert professional staff utilizes state-of-the-art teaching equipment, possess the latest in golf knowledge and have many years of teaching experience. We offer exciting programs to include basic fundamentals of golf to approaching the many challenges of our golf courses. Our Juvenile, Junior, Intermediate, Advanced and Senior programs offer outstanding instruction.
The Glencoe Golf & Country Club has been a recognized National Junior Development Centre since 2016, offering a first-class experience for children aged 4-18. Currently, there is at least one Development Centre located in every province and we are proud to be a part of this national junior golf development network
As National Junior Development Centre, we support and run nationally endorsed programs, have trained and certified golf professionals. and are linked to school communities. We offer everything from introduction to the sport programs all the way to competitive programs for juniors. We are dedicated to making our location a state-of-the-art facility that offers a welcoming atmosphere for juniors of all levels.
Whether it’s learning the basics, playing with peers or seeking private lessons – our centre provides specialized programing and instruction to develop juniors and grow the game of golf.
